Every Tri-State RV Rentals camper comes fully stocked with plates, bowls, cups, silverware and a full cooking utensil set, pots, pans and basic cookware, a Keurig coffee maker with K-Cups, dish soap and sponge, paper towels and RV toilet paper (rapid dissolving), pillows with protective covers, and a comforter on the master bed.

Linens, including sheets and towels, are not stocked and must be provided by the renter.

How are mileage and delivery rates handled?

For delivery with set-up, the rate is a $100 minimum or $6.00 per mile. If you drive the camper yourself, 100 miles per night are included for free and excess mileage is charged at $0.35 per mile. The campers require a 2500 or larger vehicle to tow.

Yes. Weekly rentals of 7 to 29 nights receive a 10% discount, and monthly rentals of 30 or more nights receive a 15% discount.

Standard fees applied to every rental include $100 for insurance, an $85 cleaning fee, and a $500 refundable security deposit.

Yes. If your camping site does not have grey and black tank disposal, Tri-State RV Rentals will handle it for you for a one-time fee of $50.

Generator use includes 4 hours per night. Additional generator usage is charged at $3 per hour. A generator will be provided to fit the camper along with a full fuel can, which must be returned refilled.

Tri-State RV Rentals offers a full refund if you cancel 60 or more days before your trip and a 50% refund if you cancel 30 or more days before your trip.

Renters are expected to return the camper in tidy condition by removing trash, cleaning spills, returning items to their original locations, and securing items for towing.

What should I do if there is an accident, damage, or maintenance issue?

If any damage, mechanical issues, or accidents occur during your stay, you should contact Tri-State RV Rentals immediately so they can order parts, coordinate repairs, or schedule a mechanic as needed.

What is the late or waiting time policy?

There is a 30-minute grace period if the crew must wait due to delays. After 30 minutes, a $25 fee is applied for each additional 30 minutes of late or waiting time. In cases of extreme delays that interfere with other scheduled deliveries, delivery or pickup may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a fee.

Can I move or tow the camper after it has been delivered?

If delivery is scheduled and completed by Tri-State RV Rentals, the camper may not be moved, towed, repositioned, or relocated by anyone other than their team unless written permission is provided first. Unauthorized movement will result in immediate loss of security deposit and responsibility for any resulting damages or service costs.
